Welcome to Summer Breeze, Emerald Isle! Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring three separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! This listing is for SUMMER BREEZE EAST, an upper-level unit with 3 BR and 2 BA, sleeping 7 total.
New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are alluring vistas of the crystal ocean from the cavernous decks.
All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are completely outfitted with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 enormous intelligent TV per unit).
A max. of 2 cars per unit is allowed, no exceptions. A max. of 2 dogs is allowed per unit, with a non-returnable PET FEE of $200 per dog. Please note the number of dogs you are bringing when inquiring or requesting a reservation.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach.
