Sand Castle Cottage is an oceanside home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This home is located in Emerald Isle which gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and is a short drive from historic Beaufort and Swansboro. This cozy cedar shake bungalow has spectacular privacy and is located close to a beach access. The entire bungalow has been restored and refreshed with all new appliances, floor and has new bathroom setups!

Ground Floor: Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Gameroom with Foosball Table and Futon (Linens are not included for Futon).

Outdoor Deck with Deck Furnishings, Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with Dressing Area, Interior Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Covered parking, Recreation/Game Room with Foosball table, Fish Cleaning Station, and Bicycles.

NO Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Third pet allowed with a charge of an additional fee of $350.

Rents Weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Sticking to your rental budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in the New Bern area. To book the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
