Well-equipped Kitchen/Bar Area with a Dishwasher and a Microwave! Bedroom #1 is Streetside and has a King Bed, Twin Bed, and Twin Bunk with 32" SmartTV and Antenna for local channels. Bedroom #2 is Oceanfront and has a Queen Bed with 32" SmartTV and Antenna for local channels. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 is oceanfront and has a King Bed with 32" SmartTV and Antenna for local channels. Bedroom #4 is Streetside and has 1 Twin and 1 Double Bunk Bed with 32" SmartTV and Antenna for local channels. There are two Full-Baths on this level. The deck has gates that can be closed to keep your kids or family pets in a safe, enclosed area.

Ground Level: Family/Game room with 42" SmartTV and cable service, book case with full suite of board & card games, Nintendo Wii with 20+ games (all family friendly). Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
