Main Deck with two chaise loungers, cushioned rocker, bench seating, table seats 8. US deck with rockers. Renters' closet in carport with beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, bocci ball, sand cart, sand toys and much more. Very little traffic in neighborhood with flat streets for simple walking. Bicycle rental available. Eateries and ice cream just down the street forget the traffic. Painless drive into Swansboro with water vistas, eateries, bars, boutique shopping. Putt putt, bowling, batting cage, water slide close by.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
