Make use of the community golf cart parking if you rent a golf cart locally!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen Intelligent TV giving you access to your favorite apps with your own account logins, and a private handsomely refreshed full bathroom. The in-home laundry area has a washer and dryer. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, flat-screen Intelligent TV, and access to the charmingly updated shared full bathroom this level. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and access to the shared bathroom.

Level Two: This level has a roomy, open living area and dining area with gorgeous vistas from all over! The main living area is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and wide open spaces. Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps with your own accounts is supplied as well as a DVD player for family movie nighttime. The game table is sure to come in handy for the kids’ electronics or your social evenings - the home owners have generously supplied various board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your use and enjoyment.

The dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The gallery-style kitchen/bar area has additional seating for two more! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
