Located in the breathtakingly pretty, oceanfront, and modren gated community of Spinnaker’s Reach, you will appreciate calming by the community pool or hitting the beach via the community beach access, both just a few steps away! Make use of the community golf cart parking if you rent a golf cart locally!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen Intelligent TV giving you access to your favorite apps with your own account logins, and a private delightfully modernized full bathroom. The in-home laundry area has a washer and dryer. This duplex also has the added benefit of not one, but two water heaters to ensure you have a relaxing experience whenever you jump in the shower or need hot water to rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower! Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, flat-screen Intelligent TV, and access to the charmingly updated shared full bathroom this level. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and access to the shared bathroom.

Level Two: This level has a cavernous, open living area and dining area with gorgeous vistas from all over! The main living area is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and wide open spaces. Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps with your own accounts is supplied as well as a DVD player for family movie nighttime. The game table is sure to come in handy for the kids’ electronics or your social evenings - the home owners have generously supplied various board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your use and enjoyment.

The dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The gallery-style kitchen/bar area has additional seating for two more! The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks for your family throughout your week at Nor Easter, including oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed set, a flat-screen TV, and access to the wonderfully modernized shared full bathroom this level.

Note: Spinnaker's Reach Community requires you to display a parking pass to park at the pool. You must pick up ONE PASS ONLY at the Spinnaker's Reach Community office located near the gate to the community - you will need to provide your reservation to the office to receive your parking pass. Passes are for cars only (golf carts do not need a pass).

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
