Nor Easter is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, duplex (east side) that is conveniently located just one home away from the pool and the oceanfront! Beach access is one home away from this adorable beach getaway! You can take in great vistas of the beach from multi-level decks!

Nor Easter is located in the breathtakingly handsome, oceanfront, and fresh gated community of Spinnaker’s Reach. Appreciate calming by the community pool or hitting the beach via the community beach access, both just a few steps away! Also, appreciate community golf cart parking! The location for the Access of Spinnaker's Reach is on the corner of Louise Howard court and shipwreck lane, across from clubhouse with guest parking.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. The in-home laundry area has a washer and dryer. This duplex also has the added benefit of not one, but two water heaters to ensure you have a relaxing experience whenever you jump in the shower or need hot water to rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower! Just outside your doors, you will have access to a alluring picnic table to take in some salty air while chowing down or talking with friends and family.

Level One: Oceanside master bedroom #2 has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. Plus, take in impressive ocean vistas from your own private deck. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and access to the bathroom that is shared with bedroom #3.

Level Two: This level has a cavernous, open living area and dining area with gorgeous vistas from all over! The main living area is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and wide open spaces. The game table is sure to come in handy for the kids’ electronics or your social evenings! The home owners have generously supplied various board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your use and enjoyment. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The gallery-style kitchen/bar area has additional seating for two more! The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks for your family throughout your week at Nor Easter, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even and Amazon Echo device (ask it to play some music while you prepare or inquire about the weather before heading to the beach). Rear bedroom #5 has a bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom.

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. It provides central heating and air conditioning. You will find covered decks with a dining table and chairs! Savor cooking out on the gas Bar-B-Que. This property is also extremely kid-friendly and includes a porta-crib and a infant gate on the top level of the home!
