On the Ground Level, you will find the Game Room & Den with a TV and Pool Table; Bedroom #1 with a King Bed; a Full Shared Bath; and Outdoor Patio Access. There is also a Full Kitchen on this level equipped with a Stove/Oven, Fridge with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker.

On Level One, you can find the Living Room with enough seating to entertain everybody in the family and equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Deck Access, and access to a Full Bath. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
