Top Notch West is a wonderfully furnished and entirely equipped oceanfront duplex (West side). Located just steps from the pretty sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This enchanting home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with complimentary wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This cavernous duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a enormous soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up painless. There is an outdoor charcoal grille with picnic table seating.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance.
