DESCRIPTIONS:
Bring the whole family (four-footed kids supplied) to appreciate the sun, sand, and sea at the oceanfront duplex, Beach Allure East. This unusually sizable duplex offers 5 bedrooms and 3 living room areas!
The ground level of this oceanfront half duplex has a huge sitting area complete with a TV, oceanviews, and painless beach access. Also in this common space is a twin over double bunk bed. The guest rooms are located just off the sitting area. You will find a guest room offering a King bed and another offering 2 Queen beds. There is a enormous full bath located on this level.
The 2nd level is for socializing! The open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area open to a huge deck with ample seating where you can sit back and savor the view… and vistas there are! Simply gaze out of the living room windows and you cannot miss the handsome ocean. The laundry area and a full bath are located off the kitchen. There is a separate den with a TV off of the entry as well as an additional full bath..
Heading up to the 3rd level you will find 3 more additional guest rooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, private bath and vistas from both spaces. The other guest rooms offer a King and Queen bed and share the large hall bath. All of the bed linens are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.
This home is located in Spinnaker’s Reach. While Beach Allure East offers a beach walkway from the home there is also a community pool available. The pool is located less than a 5 min. walk away and is at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.
