Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your event! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only! There is a poolside cafe, serving drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), ice cream, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc.- There is a place to rent beach umbrellas and chairs. A Lending Library is located in the Sports Complex for guests to appreciate.

Summer Winds A-115 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ground Level, Oceanfront Condo. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. The Living Area features a Flat Screen Television and a Double Sleeper Couch. This Condo is directly across from the Sports Complex making using the amenities there simple and convenient. Being on the first floor also provides painless access to the complex¡s Pool and Hot Tub.

Conveniences Include: 2 Color Cable TVs, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, and a Covered Deck with Furnishings.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Find your best deal:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
