Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

B-201 Point Emerald is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Onlyl 1 building from the ocean). Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and a covered deck with table & chairs. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and deck. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Hall Bath. Central Heat & Air.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Rents weekly only, Sunday to Sunday.

2024: Nightly units available with 3 nighttime minimum (Off season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park.   • In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. To book the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Some owners offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
