Game room with pool table, ocean front glass enclosed sunroom, huge deck with chaise lounges, porch rockers and picnic table with umbrella. Wet bar in living room with ice maker and a fireplace! Enclosed hot/cold shower and charcoal grille!

Ground Level:

Enter into the home on the ground level with the pool table game room, sitting area with TV and daybed (single with single trundle), and a additional room with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower on the ground level.

Middle Level:

Roomy, open floor plan newly modernized entirely equipped kitchen, along with the dining area and living area. There is an ocean front, glass enclosed sunroom. Half bath off living area. Living room offers fireplace and wet bar with sink and ice maker. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed, private sitting area, access to ocean front deck and bathroom with newly refreshed walk-in shower and tub.

Top Level:

Bedroom 2 with king bed, TV, and ocean vistas. Bedroom 3 with double bed, bunk bed, TV, access of ocean front deck. Bedroom 4 with 2 double beds, TV and access to ocean front deck.
