Level One: Huge game room with pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard. Wet bar with full-size refrigerator, an ice maker that makes 30lbs of ice! A table w/chairs, 2 sizable leather couches, and a flat screen tv with netflix. Enclosed garage. Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Stainless steel gas grille.

Level Two: Living room has a gas log fireplace and dining area has seating for 10 people. A enormous Kitchen with refrigerator with counter with seating for four people, a microwave, ice Maker, wine cooler and 2 Dishwashers. Covered Porch with Rockers. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath in the Hall.

Level Three: Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, a Full-Bath & access to a Covered Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, a Full-Bath and access to a Covered Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed and access to a Covered Deck. Bedroom #6 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #7 has 2 Twin Beds. There is a Full Bath in the Hall.

• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.

• Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
