Charmingly PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Single Family Oceanside Cottage. Modest dogs (under 25 lbs) only with $100 pet fee ( 2 max.). Very private area but only a 5 min. walk to the beach. Recently refreshed to include bathrooms with glass shower installs and granite counters in the kitchen!
Main level: Sizable open great room with cathedral loft ceilings. Lots of movies and books for you to appreciate. Open wrap around deck with furnishings. Kitchen well equipped with all the amenities of home. Has Wood burning Fireplace in Living Room. Master Bedroom with Queen, private bath and open deck with furnishings. Screened porch with dining area and ceiling fan. Washer/dryer in the hallway.
Top Level: Bedroom with Queen & open deck. Bedroom with 2 double beds. Shared bath in hall. Generous loft landing with rocking chair for reading or just calming. House offers Roku TV and local network channels, DVD player, WIFI (300mps), ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Gas Grille. Outside shower. Many extras for guest to savor, movies and beach toys. Kids's play area in Sea Dunes that is close by and great for younger kids to enjoy. Emerald Park Woods Park (41 acres of nature) and our 15 mile long Bicycle Trail/ Jogging trail is just behind the home. NO SMOKING. Rents from Sunday to Sunday. Emerald Isle offers a Public Boat Ramp located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road. You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and multiple Convenient Stores offer bait, hooks and other fishing items needed. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week.

Check out our new grocery store Publix located beside Emerald Plantation and Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood) while here also!
