Central Air/Heat, WIFI, 2 Flatscreen TV’s, 2 DVD’s, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher & microwave. Breakfast bar for additional seating. Cottage has 2 levels connected by a spiral staircase. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the top level and 2 additional rooms with 1 bath and a double sleeper couch are located on the lower level. Generous furnished deck with covered and open areas, hot/cold enclosed shower and gas grille. Painless beach access via the short wooden walkway…watch family members from the covered porch. 2 carports. Rents Sunday to Sunday. No Smoking! No Family Animals!
