Oceanfront Emerald Isle Classic Cottage with marvelous ocean vistas- 3 bedrooms + 2 additional rooms and 3 baths. Q*Q*D*D*2S. Central Air/Heat, WIFI, 2 Flatscreen TV’s, 2 DVD’s, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher & microwave. Breakfast bar for additional seating. Cottage has 2 levels connected by a spiral staircase. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the top level and 2 additional rooms with 1 bath and a double sleeper couch are located on the lower level. Grand furnished deck with covered and open areas, hot/cold enclosed shower and gas grille. Simple beach access via the short wooden walkway…watch family members from the covered porch. 2 carports. Rents Sunday to Sunday. No Smoking! No Family Animals! Linens supplied with weekly units with BEDS MADE.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach.   • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what bed configuration is suitable for your group.

  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
