After booking, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement through Away by the Sea, the property management company.

The rental agreement is a standard part of our process, helping to outline home rules, property use, and local regulations—things that Airbnb’s general terms don’t always cover in detail. It’s not about adding additional obligations, just making sure expectations are clear so you can relax and savor your time!

House Rules

• Keep it comfortable, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or huge gatherings to ensure a calming stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are included specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Please be sure to clean the grille after use, if applicable.

• Starter kit supplied with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
