Condo building is second to the beach with painless access via boardwalk or ramp. Each access point has a shower/rinse station. Roughly 1 mile to the Point. Paved path outside of complex that goes for miles along Coast Guard Rd and 58 and is great for long walks, runs, or cycling. Close to shopping and eateries including Gaffer's and the Village ice cream shop (which should be visited just for the extraordinary smell!) Condo complex has five smaller buildings - it is a peaceful and relaxing, gated community. There is also kayak storage, bicycle racks, a basketball court, and a tennis/pickleball court.
