Summer Winds A-403 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, Fourth Floor, Direct Oceanfront Condo. Linens: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds. Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV with Cable, Community Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer; Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge with attached ice maker; Covered Balcony with Furnishings. Complex has Elevators, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Indian Beach. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance.
