Covered and uncovered 3rd floor furnished deck with great ocean vistas, superb for outdoor eating or entertaining. Extensive deck offers ocean vistas from bedroom level; master bedroom has private outdoor deck. The top floor loft offers amazing vistas of beach and ocean. Reverse cavernous open floor plan featuring elegant ocean vistas and common eating/entertainment area with plenty of seating, Interior spiral staircase. Outside features park grille, ground level picnic table in private yard and appealing private walkway offers simple close path to beach access. Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no family pets.
