This Condo is located in the front of the L building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also splendid walking trails close by and comfortably assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Many rental management companies supply New Bern area travel guides that include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
