Vacation "Under the Rainbow" in this 5-bedroom + Playroom, 3-bath Home. Only one home from the ocean on three living levels and beach access is just 75 yards from the home!

Ground Level: Bonus playroom, bedroom and full bathroom (with dedicated central air conditioner), accessible from living room via internal spiral stairs. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed with its own bathroom. Also an entrance into enclosed 2-car garage. Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower.

Level One: Living Area has a covered deck with an oceanview. Open living/Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a sliding door and a covered deck with oceanviews. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. (bedrooms #1 and #2 share a bath).

Level Two: Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have King Beds and sliding doors with access to outdoor deck with oceanviews. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bathroom). HD TV and HD Cable, 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player. Central Heat and Air. Washer/Dryer. Infant gate available for the spiral staircase. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
