Classic oceanfront beach bungalow with open floor plan and expansive vistas in a striking setting. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside deck with pergola and picnic table. Private walkway to the beach and additional oceanside seating area perched above the dunes. Outdoor hot/cold shower, Charcoal grille. Wonderful location convenient to shopping and local attractions. This is a ideal spot on the beach and especially ideal for a single family. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied.
Intelligent TV in living area, wireless internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer. AC and ceiling fans. Sorry, no family pets allowed.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this cottage is by the ocean. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Salty Pirate Water Park and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to book:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at New Bern restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
