This single family home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, located on the second row with a astounding ocean view from all four bedrooms, the great room and kitchen. The beach access is right across the road! Painless access to the beach, which is handsome with huge dunes, wide beach and family aligned.

The floor plan is ideal for modest families. All four bedrooms face the ocean and have private access to the humongous deck. The master suite has a king bed with a intelligent tv, and private master bath. There are two queen bedrooms that each have bespoke decorated walls/ headboards, and a intelligent tv, and their own access to the deck. Drink your morning coffee on the deck while watching dolphins and shrimp trawlers cruise by! Magical! Lastly, there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed - ideal for kids. There are two more bathrooms located across the hallway from the bedrooms with bespoke stain glass windows that provide privacy! There is a door that can be closed off from the bedrooms to the main living area - ideal for putting kids down for a nap or the early risers not wanting to wake everybody up!

The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you need! There are two fridges - one in the kitchen and another in the garage for painless access to grilling or beverages.

This outdoor living space is what people savor the most! There is a round table with chairs and a bar area with a constructed in wine cooler.
