Don’t miss a beat in your exercise routine in the exercise center overlooking the ocean; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, sauna & showers. Guests will savor the Games Parlor with billiards, foosball, video games & huge flat screen TV. Osprey Club Parlor with oceanfront terrace & fireplace as well as a fire pit.

This unit is located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle at one of the islands newest luxury properties in Indian Beach.
Down the hallway from the elevator, accepting you simple access to the unit, you will find a well appointed 1400 square foot luxury ocean front villa with an broad walk-out balcony.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ETC.
