You are going to adore this nearly brand new, 3 level luxury beach townhome that features 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom! Each level features a serene, cavernous covered outdoor area-with an OCEAN VIEW on covered deck off the master! The backyard has a brand new patio with room to relax or savor a meal. The entire home is professionally furnished and decorated with high end furnishings and decor. LINENS and towels included-Wifi, garbage bags, paper products, detergents and basic soaps to make your stay easier!

Bunk room: Great hang out area! This BR is humongous with a twin bed, bespoke full (double) over full bunk bed that's suitable for kids or adults (sturdy, plenty of head room, charging outlets). There's also an additional fold up twin bed. A huge walk in closet accepts you put your clothes away and not live out of a suitcase. Full bath with double sink, tub/shower combo, a sliding door which leads to sizable covered balcony with seating. Retreat to this deck and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a comfortable blanket. We have installed black out curtains to allow you or your kids to appreciate a long nights sleep. Kids appreciate to have movie nighttime on the intelligent TV in this room!

2nd BR: queen bed, intelligent TV and full bathroom with shower/tub

Oversized WASHER and DRYER in the hallway of 2nd floor making laundry convenient

King Room: Appreciate the sunset and sunrise from the HUGE second Master BR with a King bed, sliding door (with kid lock) leading out to a third covered balcony with seating. The bathroom is roomy with a double sink and walk in shower. Savor a late nighttime show in this very private room on the top floor.

You will be given a bespoke entry code or can pick your own for ease and security-don’t have to worry about your code being the same code that’s been used for years!

The Resort like POOL and open-air clubhouse are tentatively open April 1st-Oct 15th (weather dependent and subject to close at community discretion)

Adjacent to the BEACH ACCESS (only 85 yards, less than 2 min walk away) The beach has with calm and shallow water since it’s southern facing. You are welcome to use our beach stuff (beach wagon, beach chairs, toys etc.). We also have the ever so trendy SHIBUMI Shade and Cool Cabana, each available for a modest additional cost so you don't have to worry about splurging or lugging those items from home.

Enjoy a short walk to/along the SOUND side! A public boat ramp and sound front fishing pier are located just within 3 blocks.

The community also features a brand new PLAYGROUND for kids to play on and a enormous grassy FIELD to enjoy. Located in the beach community of Oceanside Villas, a hidden treasure that was just finished in 2020!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Couple min. drive from Morehead City waterfront, historic BEAUFORT, NC AQUARIUM at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park and Atlantic Beach Town Park that includes splash pad, playground and outdoor skateboard park. Go visit the wild horses in Shackleford Banks from a short boat ride from close by Beaufort (named Finest Modest Town for Adventure in USA Today and America's Favorite Town in Travel and Leisure).
