Seven year old home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This oceanfront home on the Circle in Atlantic Beach. It is steps away from eateries, boardwalk, and lifeguarded beach. Savor the outdoors in your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor shower and grille.
There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen on second level with entirely-equipped kitchen, half bath and sleeper couch. Third floor features oceanfront master bedroom with king bed, private bath and constructed-in "coffee bar". Second bedroom with private bath and queen bed. First floor has three bedrooms - queen bed with private bath and two bedrooms with two twins in each bedroom and shared full bath. Elevator, washer and dryer, garage and WIFI. (The elevator often needs to be reset. To reset the elevator you need to turn elevator breakers off in the garage count to 10 and then turn them back on.)
This home is dog friendly with $200 fee. Optional heat fee for pool available for $125.00 per day. This is a NON-SMOKING bungalow. Parking for three cars.
If you are planning to bring a pet, please make sure you contact owner.
There are additional costs for lodging of pet. These costs do not include cleaning hair that may shed. Owner of pet is responsible of making sure that rental home is complimentary of all pet hair. If any pet hair in found in pool there is an additional $75 Fee
Animals are not allowed in pool or on furnishings and linens.
If there is Animal hair on the furnishings and or Linens Guest will incur additional cleaning bill from cleaning company. These additional costs will be deducted from security deposit.

1. Hot Tub and Pool are luxury that on a rare occasion are not working. If pool or spa equipment is down we make every effort to repair as soon as possible. It is a rarity that this happens but if it does we do not refund any of your rental payment. Do not walk on Hot tub cover and please check hot tub cover upon arrival. if It is broken please contact me as soon as possible. If at the end of your stay the hot tub cover has been broken it is a $750.00 charge from your security deposit.

2. There are Palmetto Bugs living in the dunes Their name comes from the palm trees in warm coastal areas. They hide among the Palm trees and vegetation which we spray every two weeks along with the grounds and perimeter of the home. Theses are outdoor giant roaches that are all over the dunes in Atlantic Beach It is very important that all entrances are kept close especially the front garage door and back doors. I have been assured by my exterminator that these bugs have never nested in my home. Palmetto bugs and other bugs and even rodents that live in the dunes can come inside if doors are left open. If you do see bug in the home we do not put blame on you it is most likely the result of the guest prior to you leaving entry to the home open. Please let me know if there is a issue so that we can address it. You will not be held responsible and hope you understand that this is something that does not happen frequently but can happen when doors are left open.
