This vacation home has exceptional post and beam construction with vaulted ceilings, as well as a lavish 3rd Level Living Room and Master Suite! The second Kitchen, on Ground Level, has an exterior entrance leading to the Decks and Charcoal Grille, setup ideally for entertaining. An Elevator that goes to all levels of the home. Hunt for the Best has fantastic vistas, especially from the roomy Oceanfront Deck, and is a great place to spend your next family vacation!

--Parking: Parking permits or guest passes are required on all cars at all times. Parking of all cars shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No cars shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor cars, jet skis, recreational cars, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain cars, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.

--Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up parking passes.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
