This dreamy beach getaway is packed with upgrades – wood floors, beautiful Primary Suites, walk-out balconies, gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, Intelligent TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and so much more!

Ground Level -
Park in the one car garage or right out front (one additional spot), then dive into your own private heaven featuring a shining oceanfront pool (heat available for $650/week + tax) and a 6-person hot tub, all set on a roomy deck with comfortable seating. Ready to see the beach? Step through your private gate and straight onto the boardwalk and beach. And when it's time to eat, fire up the gas grille and appreciate a oceanside cookout!

Level One –
Accessible by elevator or stairs, this level has 3 coastal-inspired bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1: Ocean vistas, King bed, Intelligent TV, deck access, and private en suite.
• Bedroom 2: Oceanfront King with Intelligent TV and access to shared bath.
• Bedroom 3: Two XL Twin beds, Intelligent TV, and shared bath access.
You’ll also find a laundry area to keep those beach towels fresh!

Level Two –
Gather with your crew in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that showcases striking Atlantic vistas. The entirely-outfitted gourmet kitchen includes stainless appliances, a dine-at island, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), refrigerator with ice maker, additional refrigerated drawers, and more. Unwind in the cool coastal living room with Roku TV, or savor dinner and a movie in the dining space with its own TV. There's also a half bath on this level. And don’t miss the covered oceanfront deck – the ideal perch for sunset happy hour.

Level Three -
Ride the elevator or take the stairs up to your top-floor sanctuary.
• Bedroom 4: Oceanfront Primary Suite with King bed, Intelligent TV, private bath, and private oceanview deck.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
