All villas have completely equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenities. Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club R301 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Soundfront Condo with vistas of Bogue Sound! This soundfront condo has pretty vistas of the water and a calming covered porch to appreciate during your stay. The covered porch has 2 ceiling fans to allow for a breeze while appreciating the serene sound view!

The Living Area has a 47 inch HDTV with DVR and a DVD player and provides more of those beautiful sound vistas. With Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath with Double Vanity, Tub and Shower; Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath; and Bonus Room with Twin over Double Bunk, TV, access to Shared Bath, there is ample opportunity for restful relaxation!

Conveniences Include: 4 Flat Panel TVs, High Speed Wireless Internet, 3 DVD Players, Card Table, Puzzle board, books, DVDs, and games. Well Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave. In-Unit Washer/Dryer.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. With scuba diving and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your New Bern vacation home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments.
