SeaSpray 117 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor/Courtyard. Unit has vistas of the ocean and courtyard. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet and 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have family pets.
This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. Please contact for prices for partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

Get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended.   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
