Ground Level: Recreation room with Full Bath. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Shares a full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds and shares a full bath. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed with deck access and Shares Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed with Shares Full Bath.

- Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many management companies supply New Bern area visitor guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself.
