Ground Level: Recreation room with Full Bath. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Shares a full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds and shares a full bath. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed with deck access and Shares Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed with Shares Full Bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

• Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
