Ocean Club B 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the striking Atlantic Ocean! This gorgeously decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! Each building is equipped with an elevator. B 303 also has high speed, wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den also has a day bed with a Twin Trundle.
Additional Conveniences Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with numerous games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
