Ocean Club J101 is a first-floor, nearly-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are TVs for your entertainment as well as some cable channels. Appreciate the convenience of in-unit laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The entirely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Bedroom #1 with a King Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Bath. Bonus Room with 2 Twins.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. - June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
- The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance.
