Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season.

NOTE: Balcony has shoring posts installed until fall 2024. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
