Ocean Club¡s F 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Oceanfront Condo overlooking the handsome Atlantic Ocean! With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin beds, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! This elegantly decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on your balcony relax, and watch the boats go by! F 303 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience. * King bedroom and bathroom have great turn-around space. Bathroom has roll-in shower. All bedrooms have clocks with constructed in charging stations.

3 nighttime units are available when booked off-season only.

Please note: Check-In is at 4:00pm - No Exceptions. Parking for two cars only, Boat/Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo complex.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

Getting the best value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Indian Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Many rental management companies supply New Bern area travel guides that include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
