Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 flat panel TVs including 2 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Fridge with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending budget:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is high season in Indian Beach. To book the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

• On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
