"Toes In The Sand" is a 2 level ocean view condo located in the trendy Sound of The Sea Complex with 2 outdoor swimming pools(seasonal), clubhouse, tennis & pickle ball courts. Simple beach access from every unit. This gated community is centrally located making it simple to walk to eateries, shopping, putt-putt, the Salty Pirate Waterpark & more. Emerald Isle offers a bicycle path that extends the entire town, multiple community parks - one with hiking & frisbee golf, & a public boat launch.
"Toes In The Sand" is located in the North Building and is a second floor 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath two story unit. Ocean vistas from both levels. Living area includes pull-out double sleeper couch, flat screen TV with cable, dining area that comfortably fits 4, half-bath and kitchen with kitchen bar that seats 3. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with smooth prepare top, microwave and full size refrigerator. There is a stackable washer and dryer as well. This unit has been freshly painted and has new LVP through out.
The second level has two bedrooms and a full bath. The ocean view room has a king size bed, port-a-crib and deck. The front bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin upper and a full size bottom. Please note that to access the second story is via a spiral staircase.
Conveniences include 2 TV's with basic Spectrum cable and Showtime, WIFI, 2 decks with ocean vistas, stackable washer & dryer, port-a-crib, coffee maker, bed and bath linens(no beach towels).
Grilling is not allowed on the decks or on the common hallway. There are community grilling areas around the complex.
This is a NO PET, NO SMOKING unit.
Limit of two cars. Parking is not allowed in carport as this is reserved for owners. Gate card is supplied for painless access in and out of the gated community.
NOTE: There is a minimum 7 nighttime stay with a Sunday check-in after 3pm and Sunday check-out before 10am from Memorial Day Weekend to the end of August. Toes In The Sand is available for a minimum of 3 nighttime stay from Sept.1st to May 1st.
Guest have access to the entire space. There is also a storage room below the unit where the guest will have access to beach chairs, toys, and beach buggie. Please wash off after use.
Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condo complex with two outdoor swimming pools(seasonal), clubhouse, and tennis courts (used for pickle ball as well). Painless beach access from every condo unit. This gated community is centrally located making it easy to walk to eateries, shopping, putt-putt, the Salty Pirate Waterpark and more. Emerald Isle offers a bicycle path that extends the entire town, numerous community parks - one with hiking & frisbee golf, and a public boat launch. Publix and Food Lion are both less than a half a mile from the complex
Short drive, bicycle ride or within walking distance to shopping, eateries, putt-putt and the Salty Pirate Waterpark.
Parking for Guests who are visiting "Toes In The Sand" is allowed in the general parking area & the overflow parking lot. Parking is NOT allowed for guests under the unit. This is reserved for property owners. Limit 2 cars per guests.
Please Note: The sizable pool and clubhouse (facing the beach) will be opened for the 2023 season from May 1 - October 15. The modest pool replacement (pool facing the front door) has been delayed and there will be construction underway during the 2023 pool season, with an expected finish of mid-August to ultimately regain a 2nd pool for the community

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is on the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Traveling with kids? Consider Salty Pirate Water Park, or check out an event or a game at Big Rock Stadium.
