Complete with beachy decor, sun-soaked interiors, and generous amenities, this getaway will make you feel right at home during your stay. A bright living area with direct patio access, plush seating, and a huge T.V. invites you to snuggle up during family movie nighttime or break out the board games. Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the New Bern area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
