Access to beach is literally 55 steps and the pool is 40 front steps from the front door!. Parking is convenient and covered area directly at front door. You will receive 2 parking passes and they must stay on cars at all times.

2. Security Deposit - $1,000 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
