Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grilles. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the charming, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.

This charmingly updated condo is located on the first floor and has all the conveniences of home, including plenty of seating in the living room where you can appreciate your favorite shows on the enormous flatscreen cable TV or watch a DVD. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and relax as you breathe in the fresh ocean air. There's also a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and modest appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer), a dining table for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom, located near the second full bathroom, has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a single trundle bed to accommodate many sleeping configurations. The second bedroom also has an enclosed ceiling fan with dimmable light, and a TV and DVD combo for streaming or viewing movies. The second bedroom TV is not connected to cable. Free WiFi is supplied for your ease and convenience as well.

Get the most from your rental home budget:

• Summer is high season in Atlantic Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
