Welcome to Harbour View. Come relax and relax with majestic waterfront vistas overlooking the yacht basin. Epic sunsets await, and the sky deck is an exceptional way to have coffee.

3 bedrooms, 3 baths, golf, boating, resort amenities. 20 mins. from New Bern, 1 hour from Atlantic Beach and Morehead City.
The space
3 BR Townhome with parking below.
Plenty of room for your boat trailer, kayaks or bicycles underneath. Stairs access to the 2 living floors above.

1st floor features the Great Room with sliding doors onto the day deck.
Gourmet kitchen, hall bath and the bunk room/home office. The laundry machines are on 1st floor.

2nd Floor features the Grandiose Master BR with private deck and en-suite huge bathroom. Incredible vistas greet you in the morning, and the deck has a spiral staircase to access the sky deck/crows nest!

Lots of comfortable places to sit, the enormous kitchen is great for longer stays or bigger groups to prepare together, visit and laugh.

Master bedroom and upstairs bedroom have queen beds. The living room also has a queen pullout couch and the office has a futon single for additional sleeping.

Kayak and canoe launches are available, and indoor and outdoor pools and a exercise center including pickleball and putt-putt golf!

Note: the grille is not available for guest use. The HOA has placed a ban on them.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in New Bern. Croatan National Forest and Union Point Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Isaac Taylor Garden and Havelock Tourist & Event Center.
