Sunflower Smile is a private lot in a wooded area with a big gorgeous field in front of it. It is conveniently located 4 miles from the Havelock Walmart and the Cherry Point back gate. It is about 30-40 mins. from Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. The aquarium is fun to visit, historic downtown New Bern, Tryon Palace, and the elegant riverfront. Please send us a message about your sweet fur infant - breed and picture. We do work with military and workers in the area needing a longer stay. ????

About the Area

Located in New Bern, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. New Bern Civic Theatre and B'nai Sholem Temple are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Pines Golf and Country Club and Carolina Colours Golf Club.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your New Bern vacation home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
