The sound front dining room comfortably seats 12 at the additional-sizable extended table. A huge 40’ screened-in porch just off the pool includes outdoor conversation/reading area, drink area with refrigerator and just inside is the Game room with pool table, wet bar, huge 70” flat screen TV, wine cooler and stereo wired to both indoor/outdoor speakers. Fabulously Private Bedrooms: Four additional bedrooms - each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include large flat screen TV and pillow-top beds – with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white linens (including comforter); Sand Castle Club bath linens, fluffy bathmats; bathrobes and beach towels.

Resort-like outdoor amenities: The dock home at Malibu features an evening firepit with comfortable lounge seating while the pool deck and soundfront yard showcase a 33’ swimming pool with chaise and Adirondack chairs. An outdoor kitchen featuring 2 grilles – XL Wilmington Grille and XL Big Egg Grille plus soundfront outdoor dining, a 7-person hot tub and a hammock for afternoon naps under the live oaks.
