NOT your ordinary beach rental. This delightfully decorated entirely supplied home with all NEW furnishings has an abundance of space for your family to appreciate. In addition to the amenities of the inside & you will be able to savor the fenced backyard with a private, salt water pool & hot tub during your stay. This 5th row home is a very short walk to the beach access & pier. Located in the heart of EI, you will enjoy the close proximity to local eateries & stores.

This refreshed & well outfitted home comes with 3 bedrooms on the main level & an additional private suite downstairs with its own bedroom, living room & full kitchen. All bedrooms have luxury linens by beauty rest & CGK luxury. The 2 kitchens have every appliance imaginable. Coffee and tea and all spices are included to make cooking painless. There are board games, corn hole, 2 bicycles, surf boards, beach chairs, towels, and everything you need to make your vacation additional special

Private driveway that can allow for 4 cars max. There is no parking available on the street. Vehicles will be ticketed & or towed if parked there.

This home has (2) completely supplied kitchens, (2) sets of washers & dryers. Just to name a few of the kitchen conveniences are: (2) coffee makers (drip & keurig) air fryer, Insta pot, juicer, bread maker, food processor, and coffee grinder. Top of the line linens & towels for you to enjoy during your stay. We have strived to go above & beyond with all the new furnishings & amenities.

Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot.
