This home is conveniently accessible, having all bedrooms and living areas on one level. Level One: Extensive Living Area with Flat Screen TV, sizable windows and direct access to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area has seating for 4. The Open Concept Kitchen has all the room you need to prepare your family meals with a bar that has seating for four, Fridge, Dishwasher and Microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Queen Bed. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has Queen Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
