Prime Location!! Premier Host!! Escape II West is an economical, nearly ocean-front, non-smoking property, with gorgeous ocean vistas, conveniently located on a corner lot, directly across the street from a well-maintained beach access. New luxury vinyl plank floor has been installed throughout, making clean-up a breeze! There are 4 handsomely furnished, roomy bedrooms that sleep 9 adults comfortably, and 2 kids in youth beds (master on the main floor with queen bed; 3 bedrooms on ground floor: 1 with queen and youth bed, 1 with queen and daybed, 1 with double & youth bed) and 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower only, 1 with tub/shower). In addition to the 2 youth beds, there is also a Pack 'N Play, and 2 booster seats! This property sleeps 9 adults & also has 2 Youth beds, a Daybed, AND a Pack'N Play. Additionally, there is a partially enclosed outside cold water shower. Entertainment features include Hi-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 color flat-screen TVs each with a Fire Stick & remote, and a wireless Bluetooth/ CD/Radio music system. This duplex has a completely equipped kitchen/dining area with new countertops featuring a sizable bar with bar stools, an ice maker, a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. Convenient features include front and back exterior doors, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, central heat & air, charcoal outdoor grille, ceiling fans, outdoor foot washing station, outdoor decks, deck furnishings and rocking chairs.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this cottage is near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
