Summer Winds C-428 is a Direct Oceanfront Condo! At Summer Winds C-428, from the living area, you have an amazing view of the ocean and can hear the sound of waves crashing against the shore providing ambiance of tranquility and relaxation. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for both entertaining and intimate family gatherings. Recently refreshed, modern furnishings are complemented by coastal-inspired décor. Recently remodeled bathrooms for 2025!

The master suite offers a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub with an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a set of twin bunk beds. A shared bath is adjacent. The bedrooms provide a opulent getaway after a day of beachside adventures.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where you'll find comfortable seating ideal for sipping morning coffee or appreciating a glass of wine at sunset.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
