Welcome to Summer Winds- an Oceanfront condominium complex that offers three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, arcade and bar and gym. Ginger's yummy poolside restaurant is also available Memorial Day to Labor Day. This condo (unit 212A) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that just underwent a floor to ceiling remodel!! There is an elevator or stairs to the second floor. Everything is brand new! The condo has everything you need for a family friendly, calming vacation! Located in the middle of “A” building overlooking the hot tub, huge pool and beach, it has the most fantastic view! There is a 3 nighttime minimum. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

This condo is located in Salter Path. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.
