The C Building features an Internet Cafe with Wireless Internet Access. Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a magnificent beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.
Summer Winds 421 is a Direct Oceanfront Condo. Kitchen Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has Queen Bed, bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Daybed with a Trundle. Shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 2 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a Stereo, and a Washer/Dryer.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
