  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 1150 square feet

This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!

The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Take time to savor Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.

With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.

Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.
Thanks

Strategies for getting the best rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, try changing your family's New Bern vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local New Bern area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Finding the best vacation home:

  • First and foremost, have your family select the best dates and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges applied to your agreement.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .

Considerations for your stay:

  • Get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your .
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of concerns.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your stay, record any problem areas upon check in. Call the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
