This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!
The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.
Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.
With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.
Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.

Our top Vacation rental home tips and tricks:
When to book & When to go:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer time is high season in Indian Beach. Book your New Bern rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have discounts for nearby shops and restaurants.
Narrow your Search:
- First and foremost, have your family decide on trip dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our New Bern rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible online. If they are not listed, call the property management company before reserving the property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your group.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or may be applied to your agreement.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More tips for your stay:
- Get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home. Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent quite a few issues.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
