Summer Winds B-236 is a marvelous 2nd floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Spectacular Atlantic Ocean vistas are complimentary and can be seen from the living area and deck spaces! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Well-equipped kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• To get the best rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
• Find a copy of your local New Bern area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides have discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

• Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. If not, call the property management company before booking the vacation home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
• Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
• If there's a certain New Bern beach you simply love, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.

More tips for your stay:

• Add the owner's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many difficulties.
• Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.

• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
