Summer Winds B-236 is a amazing 2nd floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Pretty Atlantic Ocean vistas are complimentary and can be seen from the living area and deck spaces! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Well-equipped kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. Booking your New Bern vacation home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
